The building consists of two wings that open and connect organically to the surrounding environment. The distinctive features of the project are the transparency, the dynamism of the curves and the play of shadows that enhance the features of contemporaneity and dialogue with the green area, elements that create a new organism in the urban landscape of the city.
The project includes 3,200 m2 of offices, 1,400 m2 dedicated to showrooms and 10,000 m2 of green area.

FOCUS ON MATERIAL AND EXHIBITION SPACE
The project involves the construction of two distinct areas: a main office building and a second building used for exhibition purposes, connected to each other by a two-tier terrace.
A synergy that aims to enhance each brand of the group with separate and dedicated areas but which at the same time seeks to create a unique space to emphasise the many corporate changes implemented in recent years and the global vision of the group.
FOCUS ON MATERIAL AND EXHIBITION SPACE

THE PERSON AT THE CENTRE
The large square located in the centre of the two buildings, as well as the large garden, are the two most evident features of a project that aims to put people at the center.
The design of the spaces dedicated to the offices aims at the well-being of workers, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment.
Great attention was paid to the design of a high-performance building envelope, which at the same time successfully guarantees transparency, direct shielding from the sun and ideal conditions for the internal comfort of the workplace.
Natural light becomes an essential component of the interior architecture and creates direct and constant contact with the surrounding area.

The buildings will be made with 70% recyclable materials such as glass and steel, in compliance with an environmental cycle of recovery and reuse of materials at end of life; the construction approach of the building is of the “dry” type, thus able to reduce the use of more complex composite materials that need to be disposed of and that have a greater impact on the environment.
The needs of the building will be reduced to a minimum and the renewable sources present will be used in the best way possible, including photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity capable of covering over 60% of the building’s annual needs.
In addition to the use of LED lights, an integrated control system is provided, capable of managing artificial lighting based on the level of natural lighting.
